Please do not recreate this article. Being "a nice to bully person and does not retaliate" is not enough to make him notable by Wikipedia standards - see our guide to your first article or our standards for biographical articles. The page you created is more appropriate for a social networking site or a free web hosting service. If you continue to post and repost this article, you could be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
