The article Nigel seng has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. Please do not recreate this article. Being "a nice to bully person and does not retaliate" is not enough to make him notable by Wikipedia standards - see our guide to your first article or our standards for biographical articles. The page you created is more appropriate for a social networking site or a free web hosting service. If you continue to post and repost this article, you could be blocked from editing Wikipedia.
