Template was removed for the reason that the page is still under construction. The set of parks in Huntington, West Virginia is gradually being expanded upon, but to slap a template within minutes of my intial offering is absurd. Perhaps you should spend some time improving on the article in the way of submitting content or photographs rather than being lazy and trying to get everything deleted.
