Harry Mazer was born on May 31 1925 in New York NY.

He went to the Union college B.A in 1948. Then he was a Railroad brakeman and swithtender for New York Central (1950-55).In 1959 he was an English teacher in New York at the Central Square school for a year.

I'm sorry, but I don't get why 'author of 22 books' does not make the reason for his notability clear. As of now I am removing the template. Yodaat 02:27, 25 May 2007 (UTC)
