The Links added show the book in full context. Why does the book need to be online to be valid? Many refs in wiki are books that are off line. Also this artile about Warner is on par with http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phil_Pringle or http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Johnny_Lee_Clary or anyone like that. The facts are there. [edit] Only source references are in violation of copyright laws

As explained before, there is not enough other sources to valid this article. What you have put is a Secondary source from a Copyrightedbook scanned into a web site that violates that copyright. There still is no original Primary source to crossreference this article from. There is no original reseach and so the article depending on one source can be a possible forgery.
