Don't want to add this to the article yet, as it would give undue weight to the issue. But once this article is more than a stub, this is one thing Myers has done:

In late 2007 the Recording Industry Association of America subpoenaed the University of Oregon, asking it to identify students who, it alleged, had illegally shared copyrighted music. The university, represented by Myers, refused to provide the information, questioning the tactics used in the investigation.[1]

Also, more importantly, we should include the AG's role in a major court case involving the Columbia River and Snake River dams. -Pete (talk) 17:15, 1 January 2008 (UTC)
