10/18/2006 Removed request to delete. Deletion request stated NN: housing development. The Harbor Cay collapse is notable due to the deaths of construction workers and the changes in law for construction and engineering. What I know about the incident is based on tribal knowledge. There is some information available on the internet. Have fun.
