  1. The image is a low-resolution screen shot from a 25 minuet episode;
  2. The image is being used for informational purposes about the interior of the TARDIS which was originaly designed by Peter Brachacki for the BBC;
  3. No more free alternative exists or can exist;
  4. The use of the image in these articles will have no effect on the copyright holder's commercial use of the image in question.
