Harwell may refer to:
- Harwell — a village in Oxfordshire.
- RAF Harwell — a World War II RAF airfield, near to Harwell village.
- Harwell Laboratory — officially known as the Atomic Energy Research Establishment, which was built on the site of the airfield, and where Britain's first nuclear reactor was constructed.
- Other organisations on the old Harwell airfield site are also loosely referred to as "Harwell", such as Harwell International Business Centre and the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory.
- Harwell Science and Innovation Campus - since 2007, the official name of the old Harwell airfield site, incorporating the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory and the Harwell International Business Centre.
