Harvey Norman Holdings Ltd. (ASX:HVN) is the franchisor of Harvey Norman, Domayne and Joyce Mayne and majority stock holder (51%) of Rebel Sport since 2003 until it was sold to a private equity firm in March 2007. The company is also primary stakeholder of Space Furniture, Ariston Appliances and Tessera Stone. Harvey Norman Holdings Ltd. is a public company and is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange. The company chairman is founder and billionaire Gerry Harvey with the Managing Director being Katie Page (who also happens to be Gerry's wife). Other key executives are John Skippen (Chief Financial Officer) and John Slack-Smith (Executive Director). The company's corporate offices are located in Sydney, NSW Australia.
