Harry Tipper

Harry Tipper, Englishman that became the first Texaco advertising manager in 1915 and created the first uniform hanging signs for filling stations and produced billboards, print ads and brochures.

A character in the popular timesplitters gaming series, he usually is seen with a blue suit and large sunglasses that go well with his 70's style haircut. He appeared on the cover on the award winning game Timesplitters 2
