Harry Cooper (soccer)

Harry Cooper is a former U.S. soccer player who earned two caps, scoring one goal, with the U.S. national team in 1916.

On August 21, 1916, the U.S. national team played its first official international game, a 3-2 victory over Sweden in Sweden. Cooper scored the second U.S. goal in the game in a solo run downt he left side. His second, and last, cap came in a 1-1 tie with Norway on September 3, 1916.[1]

At the time of his national team games, Cooper played with the Continentals F.C. of the New York State Amateur Foot Ball League.
