Harry Arter (born 28 December 1989 in Eltham, London ) is an English footballer of Irish descent currently playing for Charlton Athletic.

He signed a two year contract with Charlton in 2007.
He made his debut for The Addicks at the age of 17 against Luton Town in the League Cup on the 25 September 2007.

Arter has played for the Republic of Ireland under-17 and Under 19 teams , being elegible through his parents. [1]
