Harrison Township is one of sixteen townships in Elkhart County, Indiana. As of the 2000 census, its population was 2,885.

Harrison Township covers an area of 35.71 square miles; 0.03 square miles (0.08 percent) of this is water. Yellow Creek Lake is in this township.
