Harrison Russell was the eighth head football coach for the Illinois State Redbirds in Normal, Illinois and he held that position for ten seasons, from 1912 until 1922. His overall coaching record at ISU was 15 wins, 43 losses, and 10 ties. This ranks him ninth at ISU in terms of total wins and 16th at ISU in terms of winning percentage. [1]
