Harrison Afful (born 24 June 1986 in Kumasi) is a Ghanaian footballer who plays as a defender. He currently plays for Asante Kotoko in Ghana.

He plays at international level for his native Ghana and was part of the squad for the 2008 African Cup of Nations which was hosted on his home soil.His debut match was against the Ivory Coast in the 2008 26MTN african Cup of nations hosted by Ghana.His first full match was in Ghana's 2-1 loss to Mexico on Wednsday March 26th 2008.Heplayed as left fullback in this match.
