Stella Johnson is a widowed single mom that lives in the town of Harper Valley. The town's PTA doesn't like the looks of Stella, such as her makeup and tight jeans. So they give her and her daughter a hard time. Stella decides it's time to fight back and comes up with all kinds of pranks to pull on the PTA members to get even.
