Harland and Hollingsworth Company

Harland and Hollingsworth Company was a railway rolling stock and shipbuilder in 19th Century America.

The company built ships for the United States Navy in the 1800s. Jacob F. Woolf, who worked at another local manufacturer, Jackson and Sharp Company, another supplier of wooden cars to Chicago transit operator Metropolitan West Side Elevated Railroad.
