Harbaksh Singh

Lt General Harbaksh Singh was a senior Indian army officer who played a key role in 1965 war. He was awarded Padma Vibhushan , Padma Bhushan and Vir Chakra.

He was GOC-in-C of the Western Command from 1964 to 1969. He successfully led western command against the Pakistan Army along the entire border and displayed outstanding leadership.
