Harald Zwart (born July 1, 1965 in the Netherlands) is a Norwegian film director. Although born in the Netherlands, Zwart was raised in Fredrikstad and Lærdal in Norway.

In addition to several award winning short films, music videos and commercials, he has directed the films Agent Cody Banks, One Night at McCool's, Hamilton and Lange Flate Ballær 2. He is also the co-director and producer of the first Long Flat Balls, a Norwegian film about football fans from the city of Fredrikstad, Norway. This movie, often described as "The Full Monty" with more laughs became a huge hit in Norway. His latest project is "The Next Pink Panther" starring Steve Martin, John Cleese, Jean Reno, Andy Garcia and Emily Mortimer which is currently shooting in Boston, Massachusetts.

His trademark is that he always adds props and items that represent Fredrikstad and the football club Fredrikstad F.K. in his movies.

Zwart, a Norwegian, chose Velvet by a-ha to be a part of his new movie at the time, "One Night at McCool's." The so-called "licking version" of this video appears on the international DVD release of "One Night at McCool's." The "licking version" got its name because a second version of the video features a kiss instead of the lick from the older nurse seen near the end of the video. This video caused uproar because of its content.
