Happy Birthday is a forthcoming Hindi film to be directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film will star John Abraham and Amisha Patel in principal roles.^[1] The film will also see Paresh Rawal in a supporting role with Amitabh Bachchan in a special appearance.^[2]

Happy Birthday will be shot partially in both India and Europe. Written and directed by Sriram Raghavan, Happy Birthday has been said to be a commercial entertainer with science-fiction elements. C.K. Muralidharan will handle cinematography while Vishal-Shekhar compose the music for the film. Happy Birthday went on floors in November 2006 and was slated for release in August 2007.But due to some reasons the film got postponed till 2008.^[1] It is a Bollywood musical about the love that occurs when opposites attract.
