[edit] Music video

The video pays homage to a scene in the 1953 film Small Town Girl. It begins with Goldfrapp sitting on a stoop when suddenly a young man appears from a cellar door, dressed completely in white. He begins hopping up and down constantly, bouncing throughout the neighborhood, acting both happy and untangible in his own glee. She makes additional cameos among the extras as a black haired bus traveller, a police woman, a bush trimmer, and a braided flower stand keeper; Will Gregory makes similar appearances as, among others, a trash collector and a mailman. The video concludes with the cast of background characters coming together along with the hopping boy, who then jumps in a circle with young children and a dancing dog. In the final shot, two elderly people – Goldfrapp and Gregory – arrive to join the revelry. The music video was shot on streets around Addington Square near Camberwell in South London, as is visible on a street sign in the video. Parts of Burgess Park are also visible.
