She "initiated and founded" the group? What's the difference between the two? If not explained, I would just say "founded". Piledhigheranddeeper (talk) 17:19, 16 May 2008 (UTC)

It's pretty much a literal translation of the Hebrew source. If you think it's problematic, I guess dropping the "initiated" wouldn't change much. -- Nudve (talk) 06:11, 17 May 2008 (UTC)
