The Volga-type Radar near Hantsavichy (48 km from Baranavichy, Belarus) is a Early warning radar system which is part of the Russian Space Forces (VKS)[citation needed]. According to a treaty signed on January 6, 1995 between Russia and Belarus, all the immovable property and occupied area were given to Russia in temporary usage for 25 years with no any taxes levying (until 2020). Belarus does not charge pay for communication channels.
