The Hanshin Department Store, Ltd. (株式会社阪神百貨店 Hanshin Hyakkaten?) is a Japanese department store chain, a wholly owned subsidiary of H2O Retailing Corporation.

On March 26, 2008, H2O Retailing Corporation announced that Hankyu Department Stores, Inc. will consolidate the Hanshin Department Store, Ltd. on October 1, and be renamed "Hankyu Hanshin Department Store".[1]
