Hans Hartman (born November 30, 1962 in New Orleans, LA) is a American actor and director[1]. He has acted in such films as Crippled Creek, The Bronx is Burning, Knots_(film), and Mystic Pizza. He was also the director for Crippled Creek. He also directed a local access children's show called "Flooky and the Beans".
Hartman is the Owner of H2Films, based in Mystic, CT. In addition, he is the CEO of Mystic Media Partners, based in Old Saybrook, CT.
Hartman is the son of Science fiction author Simon Lang. He is the father of Zoe Hartman and Jack Hartman and is also the uncle of Ashley Hartman, actress and model.
Hans was featured in the longest segment of "Real People" - a story about a family with twenty kids[citation needed]. Interviewed by Byron Allen.
Hans Hartman has a drink named after him. The "Hansi-Baby" is made with Scotch, Tonic and a twist of Lime. It was originally a mistake, but soon became the favorite drink of Hartman, earning it the name, "Hansi-Baby".
