Hanna Newcombe

Hanna Newcombe nee Hammerschlag (born Prague 1922) was the recipient of the 1997 Pearson Medal of Peace for her work as a peace activist and community development. Along with her husband, Alan George Newcombe, she founded the Peace Research Institute in Dundas, Ontario.

Hanna Newcombe is a member of the Order of Canada.
