Hankyu Hanshin Holdings, Inc. (阪急阪神ホールディングス株式会社 Hankyū Hanshin Hōrudingusu Kabushiki-gaisha?) (TYO: 9042) is a stockholding company which owns Hankyu Corporation, Hanshin Electric Railway Co., Ltd. and affiliate companies.

On October 1, 2006, Hankyu Holdings, Inc. (阪急ホールディングス株式会社 Hankyū Hōrudingusu Kabushiki-gaisha?), the holding company of Hankyu Corporation Group (阪急電鉄グループ Hankyū Dentetsu Gurūpu?), changed its name to the present corporate name. On the same day Hankyu Corporation Group was renamed Hankyu Hanshin Holdings Group (阪急阪神ホールディングスグループ Hankyū Hanshin Hōrudingusu Gurūpu?) , and Hankyu Toho Group (阪急東宝グループ Hankyū Tōhō Gurūpu?) renamed Hankyu Hanshin Toho Group (阪急阪神東宝グループ Hankyū Hanshin Tōhō Gurūpu?).
