Hankyu Department Stores, Incorporated (株式会社阪急百貨店 Kabushiki-gaisha Hankyū Hyakkaten?) is a Japanese department store chain, a wholly owned subsidiary of H2O Retailing Corporation.

On March 26, 2008, H2O Retailing Corporation announced that Hankyu Department Stores, Inc. will consolidate the Hanshin Department Store, Ltd. on October 1, and be renamed "Hankyu Hanshin Department Store". [1]
