Hankyū Itami Line

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Itami Line (伊丹線 Itami-sen?) is a railway line of Hankyu Railway in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. The line starts from Tsukaguchi Station in the city of Amagasaki and finishes at Itami Station in the city of Itami. It stretches 3.1 km.

[edit] Stations

All trains of the Itami Line stop at all four stations (including both ends).

  • Tsukaguchi Station (Transfer for Hankyū Kōbe Line)
  • Inano Station
  • Shin-Itami Station
  • Itami Station

Itami Station, which is the final stop on the Itami Line, collapsed during the Great Hanshin Earthquake in 1995. Hankyu Railway built a temporary Itami Station further up the tracks while the original station was torn down and rebuilt.
