Handel's Last Chance

Handel's Last Chance is a 1996 film that was directed by Milan Cheylov.
It stars Leon Pownall as George Frideric Handel, Tod Fennell as Jamie, Gerard Parkes as Jonathan Swift, Seana McKenna as Mary, and Cody Jones as Wee Hugh Brannigan.
It is a non-fiction story about a boy who goes to jail for stealing a chicken. His mother works to get him out. When the boy, Jamie, meets Handel, his voice is discovered. Handel then uses his voice as a solo for his most famous work, The Messiah. This film was released on VHS, and then later on DVD.
