Handa is a prominent Khatri clan from the Punjab region of Northern India and Pakistan. Handa is also a prominent Kamboj clan name from the 52 clan category of the Kamboj, found both in India as well as in Pakistan. Most Handas are Hindus, with a significant number being Sikhs as well.

The origin of Handa is from Malpur which is situated in the Doaba region of East Punjab.

All Handa's do not come under the category of Kamboj. Some of the Handa's come from Gujrawala of West Punjab.
