Hand to Hand is a Florida metal band with members from bands of As Friends Rust, and other local bands.

[edit] History

Hand to Hand began in 2004 as a small band that was sure of what they were doing. They recorded their debut EP Fast Forward Your Thoughts by themselves and soon after signed with Lifeforce Records. The band released the debut album A Perfect Way to Say Goodbye, and began touring extensively. After their first tour, bassist John Raudebaugh joined the band. A year after the release, they started going through more member changes. Zach Swain left the band, and Brock Berryhill followed shortly after. Months after that, guitarist Jay Vilardi left to join The Almost.

Since recruiting former original member John Radford, and friends/local musicians Arturo Matamoros and Danny Strong, the band have begun to tour again and write new music.

The band is said to be planning an EP release the summer of 2008 followed by a full length album later in the year.
