In Sumerian and Akkadian mythology Hanbi or Hanpa (more commonly known in western text) was a god of evil, lord of all evil spirits, and father of the well known Pazuzu. Other than his relationship with Pazuzu, very little is known of this demon. In popular belief, throughout many religious sects, Hanpa is another identification of Satan and the brother of Michael.
