Hanamakonda (Telugu: హనుమకొండ) is a town in Warangal district in Andhra Pradesh, India. Hanamkonda is 6km from Kazipet Railway station and 6km far from Warangal Railway station. The Thousand Pillar Temple, the pride of the vast Kakatiya Empire for over 1000 years. The Thousand pillar temple is being renovated and is considered as a favourite shooting spots for film directors.
