Han-wu

Han-wu (한우, 韓牛) means beef produced from Korean cattle. It is a popular dish in South Korea.
Despite its high price, many Koreans prefer Han-wu to cheaper imported beef as the former is fresher and therefore of better quality. Han-wu is a very popular holiday dish or special day gift.
