Hampden Park Station has a short Platform so make sure you are in the Front coaches normally the front 6 or 8 I believe, so you can alight on to the Platform.

What i also wanted to say is announcements are often wrong for HP I've even asked the driver in the past and he wasn't 100% sure! Trains for the south coast add and remove carrages in haywards heath (esp specials) eastbourne (so what was the front 4 may become the rear 4 of 12 if you stop on the way out of eastbourne from london - in the end i realised it was easier to get a taxi from polegate station - we should also make some reference to the railway crossing - its really busy! sorry about the typos...

Further to that on Eastbourne it says it is the busiest railway crossing in europe - im really not sure thats true but it is really busy as i said

It now also says that on the Hampden Park, East Sussex page -- any refs anyone??
