[edit] Merger proposal

I am proposing that Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum be merged with Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum (this article). These two articles are about the same exact person. The former contains more information than latter, but it has an incorrect title due to capitalization: the word "bin" should be lowercase as this article has it.
