Hamza Mohammed (born November 1980) is a Ghanaian football player who plays for the Romanian club Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt.
After leaving New Zealand Knights FC, Mohammed had trials with Leeds United, Dundee United FC and St Johnstone FC but was deemed to be too short of match fitness to secure himself a contract. On August 10th, 2007, Hamza signed a contract with the Romanian club Ceahlaul Piatra Neamt.
He was part of the Ghanaian 2002 and 2006 African Nations Cup teams.
