Hamsayehaa (Persian:همسايه‌ها) which means Neighbors in English, is the debut studio album by singer Siavash Shams released by Caltex Records. The album was the first Persian pop album by someone as young as Siavash. The album features lyrics by famous poet Leila Kasra (aka Hadieh) who died of cancer in 1989, was produced by the well known producer Elton Farokh Ahi, and was promoted by Alireza Amirghassemi who was also the creative consultant and manager of Siavash Shams during the 80s. To this day Hamsayehaa is the best selling persian album of all time, out side of Iran after the Iranian revolution. It was also the best selling persian album of the 80s and 90s. The album became very popular with its single "Dokhtar Irouni", "Persian Girl" in English.
