Hampton Plantation, also known as Hampton Plantation House is a building that evolved from a settler's home to become a Georgian style mansion.[1] It is "South Carolina's finest example of a large two-and-a-half frame Georgian plantation house."[3]

It was declared a National Historic Landmark in 1970.[1][3]
