Hamlin Township is one of twelve townships in Audubon County, Iowa, USA. As of the 2000 census, its population was 305.

Hamlin Township covers an area of 35.82 square miles and contains no incorporated settlements. According to the USGS, it contains three cemeteries: Adventist, Danish and Seventh Day Adventist.
