From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Hamhaugh Island is an island in the River Thames in England close to Shepperton Lock, near Shepperton. The island is mainly residential with about 40 houses and a communal green. Access is on foot from Shepperton lock, across Lock Island and then across a weir. Although the island is close to Weybridge, the town can only be reached from the island by boat.
