Hameed Babar is a popular Pothwari & Mirpuri actor. He has starred in many different stage dramas and telefilms which have been very popular. He is a good actor and is able to take on any role of any age. He has starred in the first and most popular Pothwari/Mirpuri telefilm Miki Kharo England and its sequel Main Julian England. In them he does the role of Chacha Khabri who is an old man and Hameed Babar takes on this role well to look and act old. Even Though Hameed has starred in many Punjabi and Urdu stage dramas/telefilms, he acts best in the Pothwari and Mirpuri Ones because he himself is Pothwari. He particularly acts best amongst his comedy co-stars Iftikhar Thakur and Shahzada Ghaffar
