I think a mention of the halbach cylinder with respect to the anti-clockwise and clockwise rotation of the magnets should be made, namely that the Anti-clockwise rotation of the magnetic dipoles around the circle or ring of magnets produces an augmented field on the outer of the ring, and a depleted or cancled field on the inner of the ring. Likewise, and inversely, the Clockwise rotation of the magnets produces augmentation on the inner of the ring, and the depletion of the feild on the outer. Note: it is important that the reference direction around the ring of magnets be clock wise. i.e. looking at the pole orientation of each magnet moving from magnet to magnet in a clockwise direction around the ring. --Garretkrampe 01:13, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
