The brown spots are the blight they have a small light area round them, the yellow is due to this leaf dying and will have eventually fallen off.

Halo Blight is a bacterial blight disease caused by, Pseudomonas amygdali pv. phaseolicola, in legumes. It causes small brown spots on the leafs with a light coloured edge.

The bacteria Pseudomonas amygdali pv. phaseolicola, which would be present on the bean before planting.

Small brown circles sunken into the leaf. Light yellow/green area around the spot the "halo". Yellowing of leaf and eventual death.

Water droplets for example from rain or watering from above carry the spores.

[edit] Cure

There is no cure and crop destruction is the usual procedure.
