Halla Climate Control Corp was founded on March 11, 1986 as a joint venture between Ford Motor and Mando Machinery Co., the predecessor of Mando Corp. Currently, HCC's majority shareholder is Visteon of United States that was spun off from Ford Motor in 1999.
