Haleigh Regan Stidham is a beauty queen from Birmingham, Alabama who has competed in the Miss USA pageant.

Stidham graduated from Hoover High School in 2001 and went on to complete a Bachelor of Science degree in Pure Mathematics and Natural Sciences. She is currently attending University of Alabama at Birmingham Dental School and intends to complete her Doctorate of Dental Medicine in 2011. She previously attended Southern Methodist University.

Stidham was crowned Miss Alabama USA 2006 on September 17, 2005 in Birmingham. It was her first attempt at a Miss USA state title. On April 21, 2006 she represented Alabama in the Miss USA 2006 pageant broadcast live from Baltimore, Maryland, placing in the top 10. She was the third delegate from the state in four years to make the top ten in the nationally televised pageant, following Michelle Arnette who was first runner-up in 2003 and Tara Darby who placed in the top ten in 2004.
Stidham was also one of twenty six Miss USA Delegates who appeared on a Miss USA special edition of Deal or No Deal in April 2006.

Her interests include running marathons, shopping at Super Wal-Mart, spending time at the lake with her family, playing with her yorkies, wakeboarding, dining at new restaurants, watching Alabama football, collecting vintage brooches, and weight training.
