Haldane Rodger Cram

Haldane Rodger Cram was born September 22, 1888 and died October 18, 1980. He was a civil engineer involved in planning for the Ottawa-Carleton region, the area including and surrounding Ottawa, Ontario. He married Lola Radley; the couple bought a home at 274 Second Ave in the Glebe neighborhood, then a new development, and lived out their married life there.
