Hal Rockland is a former American pornographic actor (porn star) who appeared primarily in gay pornographic movies.

Rockland was born February 11, 1975, in Darmstadt, Germany^{[citation needed]}. He was raised in a very religious home with a father who was a physician with World Vision International, a Christian international aid agency^{[citation needed]}.

Rockland was an amateur body builder before joining the porn industry. Known for his youthful good looks, a muscular body, and an 8-inch penis, he was the second of three Rockland brothers to join the gay porn industry, following in the footsteps of his older brother, Vince Rockland. The eldest brother, Shane Rockland, joined the industry later. All three appeared together in the 1996 gay porn film, Three Brothers^{[citation needed]}. In 1994, Rockland won the award for "Best Newcomer" at the Adult Erotic Gay Video Awards for his performance in Flashpoint, a Falcon Studios film^{[citation needed]}.

During the filming of Three Brothers, Rockland is said to have had a spiritual re-awakening after a conversation with fellow porn star Ken Ryker which led to Rockland quitting the industry. Subsequent reports have claimed that Rockland's "spiritual re-awakening" was an urban myth, and that he simply took a break from the industry^{[citation needed]}.

Rockland, now married for several years with two children, lives in Colorado^{[citation needed]}.
