Hal Lester grew up in Massapequa, New York. Born in Brooklyn, New York) played lead guitar. He grew up and honed his skills with future Grammy & Na Hoku Hanohano Awards Winner, Dave Tucciarone. Then studied music at the Famed Berklee College of Music.
Lester played, recorded, toured & produced many famous bands. He also has created many Magazine/ CD Covers around the world, Palm Springs Life Magazine ([1], [2], [3]. Hal has also produced arranged and recorded with Pat Caddick. ([4]), Wayne Newton and Danny Gans.
He has also played with Scott Freilich. Scott was bass player for Ani Difranco on her [5] Puddle Dive CD.
Currently, Lester's latest projects include his next CD which is dedicated to his late father and the graphics for the cover/logo of Scott Freilich's band The Headers . see [6]).
Lester's work has been displayed in the Salvador Dalí Museum in St. Petersburg, Florida.
